Cleaning of the inside

We clean the inside of the drum cans with a cleaning machine developed by our company. There are various ways to clean drum cans that have been used in different ways. Experienced workers check to make sure that the drum cans are cleaned properly.

Painting Process

After cleaning, the drum cans are formed and painted for each customer before being sent out to them.

Flow of recycling drum cans

1. Transfer of cans at Factory No. 2

Original cans before processing that have been picked up from customers are moved to the factory line. Some cans are moved by forklift, but it is more efficient for experienced workers to move them by their hands. If you can roll two cans at the same time, you may be able to show off your skills in a hide-and-seek performance!

2. Pulling out

Solvents and other materials remaining in the original cans are removed. Our customers are well-regulated major companies, so no unsafe substances are included. Fire is strictly prohibited.

3. Inspection after pulling

Inspection after extraction. Some of the material is rejected as non-reusable and crushed to be reused as iron.

4. Cleaning

Solvent and special metal are added to the inner surfaces of the cans that have passed the inspection after extraction, and the cans are rattled in a special machine.

5. Inspection after cleaning

Experienced workers inspect each piece to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean.

6. Forming

Any distortion is corrected by a dedicated machine.

7. Finishing with painting

Painting is completed after drying in the color specified by the customer using a dedicated painting machine.
